Rule 13
Calling for proposals
  (1) The fund will invite proposals to local bodies, voluntary organizations or community organizations that are willing to submit proposals in collaboration with the fund or independently by choosing projects of a nature that achieves its objectives.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), local bodies, voluntary organizations or community organizations that wish to operate such a plan may submit a proposal to the secretariat in the format determined by the fund.
(3) With the application according to sub-rule (2), the purpose of the plan that you want to operate, the budget required for the operation of the said plan, the time period, the detailed financial and technical proposal including the achievements of the plan and the things specified by the fund from time to time should be attached. > (4) Upon examining the proposal received in accordance with sub-rule (2), if it is found appropriate to implement such proposal, the committee may grant approval to implement such proposal on the recommendation of the recommendation committee.
(5) Notwithstanding anything else written in this rule, if any local body, voluntary organization or community organization wants to conduct any scheme of the nature of achieving the fund's objectives by itself or in collaboration with the fund, the purpose of the scheme it wants to conduct, the budget required for the operation of the said scheme, the time period , will be able to submit a proposal to the secretariat by attaching detailed financial and technical proposals including the achievements of the plan and the things specified by the fund from time to time.
(6) Sub-rule (5) If the proposal of Bamazim is received, the committee may give approval to the relevant proposer to carry out such a plan based on the recommendation of the recommendation committee after studying the same.
(7) After the proposal is approved in accordance with this rule, the fund shall enter into an agreement with the proposing local body, voluntary organization or community organization in the format prescribed by the committee.
